How do I change my club affiliation?

To change your club affiliation, please call Member Services at 435.647.2666 or email Member Services at membership@usskiandsnowboard.org. Please note which club you would like the affiliation changed to. If the change includes a change of state or division, there may be additional division dues required. Depending on the time of season, division approval may also be required. Please note, that only one club may be listed at a time for your affiliation.
