How can I obtain a refund?

U.S. Ski & Snowboard Memberships and FIS Licenses are non-refundable. Prior to registering, please ensure that you are registering for the correct sport and membership type and the correct organization (U.S. Ski & Snowboard). Contact your coach, club and/or U.S. Ski & Snowboard Member Services before continuing if you are unsure. Absolutely no refunds or downgrades of membership will be issued for any reason. U.S. Ski & Snowboard does not transfer memberships from person to person, season to season or one sport to another. Members must hold a membership in the sport(s) in which they’ll participate.
