How do I obtain a refund for an event?

If the event registration was through the U.S. Ski & Snowboard system, the refund is done by the race organizer through the Race Registration system.  Please request a refund by sending an email to the race organizer.  There is a link in online registration titled Contact Race Organizer and this will provide the email address/contact information.  This information is also provided on the email receipt or by checking the athletes account under Upcoming Events.
