Can I participate while my membership is still showing that it is pending?

No, your membership is not active until all requirements have been met. Membership may be on pending status for Background Screening, SafeSport Training, Introduction to Avalanches or the Coaching Fundamentals Course. Pending will show until all membership requirements have been completed.
